AI Defense is a curated directory and free toolset for detecting AI-generated content. Our mission is to help educators, editors, publishers, and everyday internet users identify synthetic text, images, audio, and code quickly and confidently.
We review and catalog more than twenty leading AI detection services, from classroom-friendly tools like GPTZero to enterprise platforms such as Originality.ai and Copyleaks. Every listing includes a clear description, key features, and a direct link to the official website, so you can compare options and choose what fits your workflow.
Beyond the directory, we build our own free detection tools that run directly in your browser: an AI text scanner, prompt injection checker, image metadata analyzer, GLTR-style word-level analysis, text similarity comparison, URL safety checks, and a readability score analyzer. Our AI-powered tools (text scanner, code detector, content humanizer, and sentiment analyzer) are protected by a simple Google or GitHub sign-in to prevent abuse.
